Gachas are temperamental, so setting up a farm has it’s challenges
A Gacha farm consists of:
- An Automated Greenhouse
- 10 + Gacha Pods
- Lots of Fridges (the more the better)
- An Iguanodon set up – 1 per 5 pods
- A dino Leash Or area configured to hold Babies.
- A LOT of space
1. Design your layout
A design will help you a lot. The farm consists of a lot of things, several having to be separated by 8 tiles.
It is best to build on a level area, but can be done anywhere.
Lay out your foundations first to make sure everything lines up right before building.
2. Build Your Automated Greenhouse
The Greenhouse will provide you with berries. Set up an Automated Greenhouse, and you will have a constant supply of berries.
Otherwise You will need to collect berries with a Bronto, or some other berry collector.
3. build Berry Processing Area(s)
You will need areas to process Berries to seeds. In these areas, you will need as many fridges as possible. I put an Iguanadon and several fridges in 3 places so they are close when filling gachas with seeds. This saves a lot of time, so you do not have to keep running back for seeds.
4. Build Pod Locations
Now that your farm is layed out, and you have berry production started, you can build your Gacha pod rooms. The pod rooms need to be at least 8 squares appart. I make the room 5 X 6 and 3 high, and this fits everything well
5. Prepare for Pod
Before you pop your tames and activate your pod, you need to do a few things.
- Put Meat and Berries in the trough of the pods. The Pego eats Berries, and the Owls eat Meat
- Produce a bunch of seeds and fill fridges with the seeds. You will want 3 fridges of seeds per Gacha.
7. Set up crystal processing area
You will be collecting a lot of crystals, which convert to resources. Most People focus on making dust. I put 3 deddi boxes on top of each other (Dust, Shards, Element). You will stand in front of your dedi box and start popping the crystals. As you pop the crystals, you will put the resource into the dedi box.
It is also nice to have a few vaults you can put crystals in temporarily.
You will also get crystals that give you loot. Most of the loot just goes to the grinder to keep other resources full.
You will want to get your storage set up before going further.
8. Pop your Tames
Now that you are all set up, Iit is time to pop your tames. First pop your 4 Owls and get them situated. Best to put them as far from the door as possible facing the middle of the room. Make sure their settings are correct (Passive and Ignore Group Whistles), then pop the Gachas. First thing you will want to do is set their production (Use the wheel choose Production, then choose resource) and other settings (Passive and Ignore group whistles). Next, move them so that their face is as close to the owls as possible. It is best to situate it so 2 owls are puking pellets on each Gacha .
Once their settings are all set, Fill them with seeds.
Now pop the pego and set its settings (Ignore group Whistles and Passive)
8. check back and Process crystals
It will take the Gachas a bit, then they will start dropping crystals. The Pego will pick them up.
You come back every 30 minutes or so, and empty the Pego(s).
As you start doing the collecting, you will get a fill of how often you should collect.
Once you collect the crystals you will want to go to your dedi box ans pop the crystals. when your weight gets in the red, deposit dust into the dedi, and pop more crystals.
9. Farm Maintenance
Now that you are set up, it is kind of a waiting game
While I wait, I process seeds using the Iguanadon, and store them in fridges
When the time comes (15 – 30 minutes) collect your crystals and process them.
Every hour or so, go through and make sure all your gachas are full of seeds, and your troughs have meat and berries in them.
You will also need to check on the robot(s) in your greenhouse. Make sure they are doing their job.
A Gacha Pod consists of:
- A Male and a Female Gacha
- 4 Owls (Preferably with Saddles
- a Pegomastix

You will want 10 or more Pods in your farm
The above explanation is for a LARGE Gacha farm (10 + Pods). You can of course make a smaller one, but the overall production is affected heavily by the number of pods. 10 pods should make you 300K dust a day ( Based on a 6 hour game day).
This does take work, so dont think this is just quick easy dust.
